Since we’re half way through 2019, I asked for some feedback in Stories today on what you’d like to see more of on here so that I can give my favorite people on the Internet what they want. We’re only a few hours in, but the demand for more weeknight dinner tutorials is clear (along with, surprisingly, fashun content 💁🏼‍♀️😂), so I thought I’d provide some instant gratification. Whipped up these chicken taco bowls with cauliflower rice in Stories this evening—and talked through some modifications for my cauli rice haters/plant-based peeps/etc.—which took less than half an hour, taste fire, and are loaded with feel good foods. (Not to worry, I will save them to a highlight tomorrow for future inspiration.) __ If you’re so inclined, I’d love if you’d let a weird blog lady know what you like/dislike/would like to see more of in this space in the comments or in Stories! I may be the only one that needs this... but some tips on freezing food and what freezes well, what to prep ahead, etc. I say this because I froze some leftover cauliflower and when I thawed it, I had a soggy mess :(
