Dads feel a ton of pressure, often not spoken about. Pressure when we feel kinda useless in the first few months of our child’s life, pressure in supporting the baby mamma, pressure for providing for our family and pressure for being a “good father” and appropriate role model. . I don’t believe there is the perfect way to go about it. I’m still learning everyday. That’s part of the game. It’s hard, it’s always something new but the rewards are moments like this 🙌🏻 #fatherandson #beachday . . . . . . #outdoorfun #livingourbestlife #dadlife #familylife #dadbod #fitdad #workoutbuddy #beach #love #fatherson #family #familyphoto #funtimes #goodvibes #dailylife #mymotivation #babyboy #goodtimes #fatherandsontime #gymbuddy #parenting #motivation #goals @mattycfox mattycfox Matt Fox | BODYWEIGHT FITNESS

I admire human beings like you are. This is so amazing to read and see what you've been through, yet you remain strong, confident and good to your closest friends and family. You are truly a role model for me. You proved that you can be a great dad without "daddys flat stomatch". You have a killer body and inspire many people to be better version of themselves. Keep on a good work 🙌👏👏👏👏

Useless you are not and neither should you entertain these feelings. As long as you are there and are available to step in when necessary, it will be ok. You can only do what you are able to. It’s all about evaluating the situation too.
