I hope you all are having a great week and are getting pumped about it almost being the weekend!! I’m done with the hectic part of my week so now it’s smooth sailing into the weekend! I having a slow morning/afternoon until I go into work later! Enjoy your day loves! ❤️ • • Who doesn’t love a good banana chocolate chip muffin?! RECIPE: -3 ripe bananas -2 eggs + 1 egg white -vanilla -cinnamon -1 tsp baking soda -1/2 tsp baking powder -1 scoop protein powder (optional but I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen) -3 cups of almond flour -as many chocolate chips as you want + any other add-ins your heart desires -blend all the ingredients (expect chocolate) in a blender -stir in chocolate chips -pour into muffin tin & bake at 350 for 30 ish minutes or until golden 🍫🍌 #recipe @bodybybreakfast bodybybreakfast Erin Christ
